Monster Mercs Lets Players Become the Monsters They Defeat

Monster Mercs is a co-op action RPG where you play the hired help, bound by debt to the Iron Ledger. You and your crew take on dangerous contracts across a fractured world, with 15–30-minute missions involving extermination, escort, rescue, and defense. Whether solo or with up to four players, each job has its own layer of risk.

The game, showcased in a new trailer at the Insider Gaming Showcase, features a transformation system allowing players to harvest monster essence to temporarily become defeated creatures, unlocking powerful abilities and tactical advantages. The game emphasizes replayability, teamwork, and risk, with flexible class progression, customizable builds, and a data-driven loot system.
