Mistfall Hunter Hits 1 Million Players and Reveals Full Roadmap

Mistfall Hunter, an all-new extraction title with a fantasy-themed twist, has managed to secure a whopping one million players in a week, carving out a firm spot in the genre. The game, which has admittedly launched to mixed reviews, has managed to notch up that player count despite having a price tag, which is indicative of the audience’s interest in the title.

To celebrate the milestone, the developers at Bellring Games have released an exclusive bundle that users can claim before August 12, including a pose and some in-game equipment. Also, a sizeable roadmap describing the game’s first few phases has been released.

Mistfall Hunter Soars Post-Launch

Bellring Games has published a new roadmap for Mistfall Hunter, a fresh extraction title, right as the game hits one million players since July 30.

To celebrate the milestone, users can log in before August 12 to collect the following:

  • 1 x Standing Pose: Spellcasting
  • 5 x Moonlight Nectar
  • 1 x Pro Combat Bag
  • 1 x Advanced Combat Bag

Mistfall Hunter’s most immediate updates will introduce solo mode for both the Normal and Cataclysm difficulties of Brandrgarde, but for now, the change will be introduced on a test basis, with Bellring evaluating the audience and the game’s performance going forward.

Additionally, a new roadmap was revealed for Mistfall Hunter:

Mixed into the upcoming estate of updates sits new seasonal tasks, monsters, match events, and weapons. The game’s second season has been teased in the roadmap, which is playing it relatively safe and a) not going too far into the future, and b) not revealing much in the way of dates.

Mistfall Hunter is doing pretty good, considering it’s part of one of gaming’s most challenging genres. It has peaked at around 44,000 concurrent users on Steam, which falls just short of Escape from Tarkov’s peak on the platform.
