Lords of the Fallen & Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 Headed to Game Pass

According to a new post on Bankier.pl, and first spotted by @klobrille, Lords of the Fallen and Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 are coming to Game Pass.

Bankier’s report, loosely translated into English, does not mention a concrete date for the Game Pass release. However, it does line up with last week’s rumors about Lords of the Fallen possibly coming to Game Pass in the final week of May 2024.

The new report only says that CI Games landed an agreement with Microsoft to provide the two games “in the Game Pass program conducted by Microsoft in year 2024.”

So, there’s no guarantee that Lords of the Fallen will roll out on Game Pass this month. But if it does, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 could potentially accompany it or arrive soon after.

Lords of the Fallen first launched in 2023 to warm critic reviews, despite a mixed fan response on Metacritic. The dev team just released Lords of the Fallen’s final update in the last week of April 2024. This Master of Fate update added new modifiers, abilities, and more.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 originally released in 2021, generally earning stronger user reviews than critic scores. PlayStation Plus previously featured the game in September 2023, but the series hasn’t seen too much momentum lately.

After CI Games faced layoffs in January 2024, which affected about 10% of its employees, the devs are looking to the future.
