Where to Find Ritual Oil in LEGO Fortnite
The best approach to farming Ritual Oil is to clear Chaos Challenges located across the LEGO Fortnite Ninjago Island.
Chaos Challenges are found across the map, and can range from eliminating powerful enemies, to collecting items within a specified period of time. However, they won’t appear from distance, and must be discovered from exploring areas first.
Usually, the Chaos Challenges are located around buildings and structures, so keep an eye out for them while exploring the world.
Once a Chaos Challenge is completed, a chest will spawn. Loot the chest, and Ritual Oil should be one of the items that drops inside. Each challenge should provide at least one or two, with higher tiers of the Ritual Oil dropping when tougher challenges are completed.
What is Ritual Oil Used For in LEGO Fortnite
Ritual Oil is one of the most important resources added to LEGO Fortnite Odyssey in the Ninjago update, as it’s a required ingredient for most, if not all, of the crafting recipes in the Ritual Altar.
There are several different tiers of Ritual Oil available, each used in the crafting of higher-tiered gear. Although the items are the same, like Honed Bamboo and Honed Kozustone, they also increase in qualityu with a colored-tier system, just like other resources in LEGO Fortnite’s other areas.
As such, it’s recommended you always have a ready supply of Ritual Oil ready to go, and should, therefore, aim to complete any Chaos Challenges you come across.
