The console gaming market desperately deserves a competent and exciting tactical shooter. It’s such a limited genre on Xbox and PlayStation, which is why so many console gamers inevitably come to PC. But there may be hope on the horizon! Is Gray Zone Warfare coming to Xbox?
Will Gray Zone Warfare Come to Xbox?
As of this writing, Gray Zone Warfare will solely launch on PC via Steam Early Access. That said, developer Madfinger Games wants to launch the tactical extraction shooter on consoles at some point. More specifically, they want to release Gray Zone Warfare on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
But for now, the only place you can play Gray Zone Warfare on launch day is Steam. It’ll remain there in Early Access for the foreseeable future—potentially years—before coming to any console. By then, we may have the next generation of systems. Who knows?!
