Teleporters make traversing the wide world of Hytale extremely easy, but it will take some hard work to unlock the privilege.
Rather than trekking over mountains and around lakes, Teleporters in Hytale instantly take you to the designated destination point, and this guide from Insider Gaming has all the important details.
How to Unlock Teleporters in Hytale

Teleporters are not immediately available in Hytale, and there are a few steps to complete before the doors open to easy navigation across the world.
Teleporters can only be crafted from an Arcanist’s Workbench in Hytale, which is only unlocked when you upgrade your Workbench to Level 2, which requires hoarding a bunch of resources.
A step-by-step breakdown of the unlock process is below:
- Build a Workbench
- Gather the required resources to upgrade the Workbench to Level 2.
– 30x Copper Ingot
– 20x Iron Ingot
– 20x Linen Scraps - With the required resources collected, upgrade your Workbench.
- Craft an Arcanist’s Workbench, which requires these resources.
– 10x Thorium Ingot
– 30x Linen Scraps
– 20x Essence of the Void - Place the Arcanist’s Workbench into a free space to be used.
How to Make Teleporters in Hytale
Teleporters in Hytale can only be constructed from an Arcanist’s Workbench in Hytale.
Teleporters in Hytale can be customized however you see fit, so you can direct them all back to your base, or create a series of Teleporters to fast travel across the map. Any settings you make are not permanent either and can be changed as you see fit, which is especially useful for a Teleporter at your base, as you can change the destination as required.
Here’s the materials you need to craft Teleporters:
- 8x Azure Log
- 2x Azure Kelp
- 10x Any Stone
Azure Logs and Azure Kelp can both be found in abundance in Azure Forests, which appear as blue-colored areas of the map and are easy to spot from a distance, as Azure Trees have blue leaves, so they stick out like a sore thumb.
How to Get More Teleporters in Hytale
A maximum of six teleporters can be owned initially, but the total can eventually be doubled, though it will take some time.
An increased Teleporter allowance is earned by recording Memories, which are triggered when you are close to an enemy, animal, or creature, though you must have visited the Forgotten Temple and started the mechanic. Fortunately, this doesn’t take too long, and it’s worth doing as soon as possible.
Periodically, you will earn rewards for the Memories you have recorded, including being able to place more Teleporters. The final cap is 12, although with how widespread modding is in Hytale, these requirements could be removed or altered by community members.
