How to Get & Use a Gnome in Roblox Grow a Garden 2

Grow a Garden 2 is making fresh waves in Roblox following release, and Gnomes are part of the new mechanics introduced by the sequel.

While stealing in the original Grow a Garden required the use of Robux, the approach is entirely different in Grow a Garden 2, with the cover of night instead opening the doors for players to seal from their neighbours.

That means defensive items, like Gnomes, are extremely important in Grow a Garden 2, and Insider Gaming has all the details you need.

The Gnome is available to buy from the Gear shop in Grow a Garden 2, though you will have to wait for it to be available in stock.

Unlike other items that are constantly available for purchase, the Gnome is one of the rotating stock items in the Gear shop, alongside the varying rarities of Sprinklers and other crucial tools.

A single Gnome costs 100,000 Sheckles, and it’s worth remembering that a Gnome is a single-item use, similar to Sprinklers. After the time expires, it will disappear.

You can stock up on Gnomes whenever they are in the shop, however, and it’s worth having them on hand for whenever they are needed.

What Does The Gnome do in Grow a Garden 2?

Gnomes are one of the defensive items in Grow a Garden 2 that protect your crops from being stolen by another player at night.

Under the cover of night in Grow a Garden 2, thievery is available for all players, at no additional cost, and protecting your rare crops is vital.

Gnomes are a handy tool in that regard, as any opposing player that walks within range of the gnome will receive damage and have some Sheckles stolen from them.

They have a limited range, however, so they should be placed alongside your most prized crop, and each Gnome lasts for 10 minutes, which is enough to protect you for at least one night.
