The next stage in the Path to Doomsday is here, as it’s time for an Age of Ultron-themed event in Marvel Rivals. The first Avengers event gave us a 1v6 PvP mode, where Loki faced off against the original Avengers, but NetEase have stepped it up a notch with a PvE event where you fend off waves of Ultron drones.
It’s a far more involved event, and this time around, there’s even more cosmetics to claim, including a free Ultron skin, though sadly it’s not a Legendary. Still, the more freebies, the merrier, but it’s very easily missed if you’re just used to grinding Ranked.
With that in mind, here’s how to claim the free Ultron skin in Marvel Rivals, as well as every reward that’s on offer during the event.
How To Claim Free Ultron Skin In Marvel Rivals
In order to claim the free Ultron skin in Marvel Rivals, you’ll need to play and complete the new Age of Ultron game mode on hard difficulty.
When selecting the game mode, you’ll see a host of challenges to complete for the event. They range from completing the game mode with specific characters to defeating 3,000 enemies! There’s a lot to work through, but they’re all fairly self explanatory.
With that in mind, here’s every challenge for the Age of Ultron event in Marvel Rivals, as well as each reward:

How Long To Claim Free Ultron Skin In Marvel Rivals?
The Age of Ultron event is a limited-time affair, so you have until Thursday, August 27, 2026, to claim all of the free rewards.
That gives you practically a month to get everything on offer, which should be more than enough time for at least two matches of the Age of Ultron game mode; one for Normal difficulty, and another to clear it on Hard.
Of course, that should tide you over until Season 10, which is teeing up to be a major hit for the game. Based on the leaked heroes, some huge additions are coming to the game, and then there’s the next Path to Doomsday event to look forward to, which will of course focus on Avengers: Infinity War—will we get our first glimpse of Thanos?
