GTA Online has evolved significantly throughout its lifespan, which now stretches over a decade, and The Data Leaks are some of the most popular missions to complete.
Featuring a special appearance from Dr. Dre himself, The Data Leaks missions are some of the highest-paying in GTA Online and are also thoroughly enjoyable without offering too much of a challenge.

How to do The Data Leaks in GTA Online
An Agency is required to unlock The Data Leaks missions, along with completing a Security Contract. After that, Franklin calls and arranges a meet at the Los Santos Golf Club—handily marked on the map with a giant, yellow F.
A one-time pre-equisite mission unlocks access to the VIP Contract on the Agency computer, followed by another one-time Free Mode set-up mission.
Three missions unlock after the two one-time missions, each containing two Free Mode set-ups and one finale. These are completable in any order.
Once each stage of the missions is complete, two finales unlock after one another, launched from Franklin’s office inside the Agency.
If you’re completing The Data Leaks missions for the first time, you need to wait between stages for Franklin to contact you.
On future completions, missions are launched directly from the computer inside the Agency.
One of the best things about The Data Leaks missions is that they are completable as a single player, so you won’t need to squad up.
The Free Mode missions have an infinite number of lives, while the finale missions allow for two deaths and offer well-placed checkpoints if you do struggle.

Along with The Data Leaks mission chain with Dr. Dre, owning an Agency also provides access to Security Contracts and Payphone Hits, which are repeatable Free Mode missions that you can rack up plenty of money with—particularly when Rockstar dishes out extra weekly benefits.
All The Data Leaks Rewards in GTA Online
Completing The Data Leaks is one of the best ways to boost your bank account in GTA Online as a whopping $1m is dished out for completing the entire mission chain.
First-time completion of The Data Leaks provides an additional bonus of $250k, along with bonuses along the way for each mission completed for the first time.
If it’s been completed before, the payouts per mission are lower, but the final payout remains at a hefty $1m.
Once completed initially, The Data Leaks can be done a lot quicker with skippable cutscenes and no wait time between missions, making it one of the best farming methods to earn money.
