Roblox’s Grow a Garden has shocked the world this week, beating Fortnite’s long-standing all-time concurrent player count record.
Roblox’s Grow a Garden is a peaceful farming simulator that has taken over the world right now. Millions of players are flocking to the game daily, and the title regularly sets new concurrent player records. Last month, Grow a Garden reached a record high of 11 million concurrent players, and now it has beaten that record, even overtaking Fortnite.
Roblox Grow a Garden Surpasses 16 Million Concurrent Players

Spotted by Gameranx, an X post (formerly Twitter) by Bloxy New informs us about the new record set by the hit Roblox title. Grow a Garden hit 16,411,769 on June 14, breaking Fortnite’s previous record of 14,343,880 set in November 2024. This achievement has also helped Roblox set a new record, bringing in 25,810,202 concurrent players across all their games and experiences on the platform on the same day.
The founder of Splitting Point also commented on Roblox Grow a Garden’s new record. Jandel stated that his goal for the past year “has been to legitimize Roblox in the traditional game development industry.” To put this into context, Roblox’s Grow a Garden has absolutely obliterated concurrent player records on Steam, with their highest all-time concurrent peak coming in at 3.2 million players through PUBG: Battlegrounds 7 years ago.
