Hades 2 developers recently added Steam achievements for the game accidentally. They have been removed now.
Hades 2 has been in early access for the longest time, and players have been eagerly awaiting the release of v1.0. The last time we heard about the game’s launch, we were told that Hades 2 would release as a console exclusive on Nintendo Switch 2 before PlayStation and Xbox. Now, the Steam achievements hint at an imminent announcement.
Hades 2 Steam Achievements Surface Online
As revealed on r/HadesTheGame, the Steam achievements for Hades 2 were accidentally added and then quickly removed. According to the screenshots, it appears that players have 49 achievements to look forward to once the game’s full version is released. Not all of them were posted, but from what was uploaded, many of the achievements are for fulfilling prophecies, some are for completing specific tasks, and there are other random ones scattered throughout.

Players have been waiting for Hades 2 v1.0 update for a very long time, and many speculate that this accidental addition of Steam achievements could mean that the final patch is just around the corner. With patch 10, the developers stated that it would likely be their final patch before launch; however, patch 11 was revealed, indicating that one more patch is forthcoming with further improvements, balance adjustments, and fixes before version 1.0.
