GTA 6 Trailer Hits 60 Million Views in 12 Hours, Breaking Records

The GTA 6 reveal trailer has already surpassed 60 million views in 12 hours, breaking the previously held record by Mr Beast.

The record in question is 46 million views in 24 hours for a non-music video by Mr Beast, which the GTA 6 trailer has easily beaten in just 12 hours. BTS currently holds the record for the most amount of views in 24 hours at 108 million.

At the time of writing, the GTA 6 trailer currently stands at 64 million views and has already surpassed the same amount of likes of the GTA 5 trailer within one hour of release.

Rockstar Games released the trailer prematurely on December 4, 2023, following an online leak of the trailer which had a huge $BTC watermark in the middle of the screen.

Following the release of the trailer, Rockstar issued a statement that revealed that the game will be coming to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in 2025. Unfortunately, though, there was no mention of a PC release.

Past Rockstar games titles have typically seen releases one or two years after console releases.
