The second multiplayer beta starts on June 20 and finishes up on June 22—both with a 12 PM PST start and end time.

How to Play The Gears of War: Reloaded Beta
Xbox is giving you three ways to play the beta: Preorder Gears of War: Reloaded digitally on any platform, have Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass membership, or have owned a digital copy of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before May 5.
Game Pass
If you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass membership, you can play the beta for free. Check your Xbox account status to see if your membership is active. If you don’t have have, it might be worth getting a month and seeing if the game is for you before shelling out for a full purchase.
Own Gears of War: Ultimate Edition
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition owners before May 5, 2025, are automatically entitled to the multiplayer beta. Check your account or messages for a code or invitation to participate, and start blasting!

Pre-order Gears of War: Reloaded on any platform—PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC—and you’re able to download the content.
