Sony’s Bend Studio reportedly laid off around 30% of its staff today, following the cancellation of its live service game. In January, PlayStation cancelled two of its projects, one of which was a live-service God of War game by Bluepoint, while the other appeared to be a live-service military shooter led by Bend Studio. Two weeks after the cancellation, Bend Studio let go of several contractors. Then, in April, Bend Studio released Days Gone Remastered for PlayStation 5 and PC.
