Star Wars: Droid Tycoon players have benefited from regular updates and new events, the latest of which adds the new Droid Fusion mechanic into the title.
Released earlier this year as part of Epic Games‘ ongoing partnership with Disney, Droid Tycoon features iconic Droids from the Star Wars franchise to collect and put to work, and has become an extremely popular mode in Fortnite.
The new Droid Fusion feature adds even more for players to sink their teeth into, including several fusion-exclusive Droids to collect, and Insider Gaming has all the recipes.
All Droid Tycoon Fusion Crafting Recipes
Droid Fusion in Droid Tycoon is a new mechanic introduced in a special event beginning August 23, but the feature is set to stay.
Unlocked at Rebirth 3, fusion in Droid Tycoon allows players to select three droids to be fused together, providing an improved droid, or a fusion-exclusive Droid.
When mixing three Droids together of the same rarity and quality, a higher-tier Droid will be crafted. If three of the same Droid are used, a higher-tier version of that Droid crafted, but there are some Droids that can only be obtained through crafting.
It means there’s less of a scrap around the Sandcrawler when a rare Droid spawns, and provides an easier way to upgrade along your journey.
All Droid Tycoon Fusion Exclusive Droids
There are 17 Droids in Droid Tycoon that are only obtainable by using a specific fusion recipe, and they will not appear on the conveyor at the Sandcrawler or through rewards.
The fusion mechanics require the three specific Droids, with the quality decided by the lowest of the three used. For example, if you use two Rainbow Droids and a Diamond Droid, the fusion will provide a Diamond Droid.
