Exclusive – The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) is Coming to FIFA 23 in March

Insider Gaming sources have revealed that the NWSL will be coming to FIFA 23 this month. Specifically, the NWSL will be added as a new mode on March 14th or March 15th.

The same sources have provided accurate events and dates for FIFA 23 in the past, including RTTK, Out Of Position, the World Cup Event, and more.

The NWSL has been a long-awaited feature for FIFA 23 since my initial reports in February 2022, with EA confirming the introduction of women’s club football months later.

Earlier this year, during its third-quarter earnings call, EA reported that FIFA 23 is on track to be the “biggest title in franchise history”. Despite its success, FIFA 23 is the final game under the 29-year-long partnership between FIFA and EA.

EA will be rebranding its series to EA Sports FC, with more announcements on the game expected to be made later this year.

Meanwhile, FIFA has announced it will work with other third-party developers to launch new titles.

FIFA president Gianni Infantino said in a statement “I can assure you that the only authentic, real game that has the FIFA name will be the best one available for gamers and football [soccer] fans. The FIFA name is the only global, original title. FIFA 23, FIFA 24, FIFA 25 and FIFA 26, and so on – the constant is the FIFA name and it will remain forever and remain the best,”

Are you looking forward to the NWSL in FIFA 23?
