Fallout 76 Weekly Challenge Guide: June 23-30, All Locations Explained

It’s another exciting week in the world of Appalachia, and, like always, there’s a stack of new challenges for you to complete. These challenges will earn you SCORE that you can use to grind through the Scoreboard, unlocking a slew of rewards and boosts to better your experience in Fallout 76!

In this guide, I’ve broken down every weekly challenge in this week’s Fallout 76 spread, which runs from June 23 to June 30. As always, you’ve got until next Tuesday to complete every challenge in Fallout 76, and below, you’ll find the locations for EVERY item, kill, and collectible you need.

Read on to learn how to complete this week’s Fallout 76 challenges with ease.

Fallout 76 Weekly Challenges This Week

Here are the weekly challenges from June 23 to June 30 in Fallout 76:

As always, if you don’t like these challenges, you can re-roll them, provided you have the resources to do so. Also, if you want to maximize your SCORE-earning abilities, be sure to use those all-important boosters you might have earned! And, for the largest spread possible, you can always subscribe to Fallout 1st to unlock exclusive weekly challenges in Fallout 76!

Now, to the weekly challenge guides

Where to Catch Fish in Fallout 76

If you want to catch fish, you simply need to head to any body of water in the entire game! You’ll be able to fish anywhere there’s water, whether that be a lake, pond, or river. If you have better bait (which you sometimes get for free), you’ll have a chance of catching better fish, too.

How to Fish While Raining in Fallout 76

To fish while it’s raining, you need to simply wait until it’s raining… and go fishing! That’s it. To better your chances, consider installing a weather control station in your CAMP, or find someone else who has one, and manipulate your local area, provided you’re near a body of water, of course. Otherwise, you can server jump until you get rainy weather.

How to Complete Grahm’s Meat-Cook

Grahm’s Meat-Cook pops up during Meat Week as a seasonal public event, and it will be live in any server you play on during the times that Bethesda Game Studios switches it on! To complete this public event, simply wait for it to pop, then head over to Grahm’s camp.

You’ll need to play heavy drums, collect meat chunks, deposit them into a pot, find wood scraps and greens, and offer some nice feed to Chally, Grahm’s Brahmin.

How to Craft Fish Bits in Fallout 76

It’s super easy to craft Fish Bits in Fallout 76, and for this weekly challenge, you’ll need to craft 35 of them. To craft Fish Bits, you’ll need fish and a cooking station. The rarer the fish you have, the better the Fish Bits you’ll manufacture, with axolotls and local legends giving you the largest return on your Fish Bits efforts.

Where to Find Blood Eagles in Fallout 76

To find Blood Eagles in Fallout 76, you’ll want to find markers on the map that look like a kind of bug with wings:

The best locations to find the most Blood Eagles are:

  • The Killbox – Forest
  • Rollins Labor Camp – Ash Heap
  • High Knob Lookout Exterior – Skyline Valley
  • Summerville – Forest
  • Bloody Frank’s – Mire
  • The Sludge Works – Ash Heap

To cripple their legs, you’ll ideally want to use VATS to target their legs, but you’ll need the Concentrated Fire perk. Otherwise, just spray their legs and hope for the best!

Where to Get Meat-Based Meals in Fallout 76

Finding some meat-based meals in Fallout 76 is as simple as finding some meat and some other ingredients like boiled water, spices, or salt, and heading to a cooking station to prepare whatever delicacy you’ve dug up! For the best buffs, you’ll want to head to places like Flatwoods to kill Brahmin, taking their steaks for some filling meat-based meals.

Where to Find Mole Rats in Fallout 76

Mole Rats are super small, weak, and common enough enemies in Fallout 76, but for this weekly challenge, you’ll need to kill 15 of them, and that might require a little digging.

The best spot to find Mole Rats is in the Carleton Mine, near the Poseidon Energy Plant, inside Big Bend Tunnel, near Helvetia, or outside Riverside Manor.

Where to Find Pre-War Money in Fallout 76

Pre-War Money doesn’t have much use now that the world has ended, but you can still scrap it or add it to your ever-growing junk pile in Fallout 76. But where’s the best place to find Pre-War Money? Well, you’re almost guaranteed to find some in any safe and cash register in the game.

If you can complete Collision Course in Morgantown Airport, you could end up picking up 100 Pre-War Money from the final crate alone. Otherwise, poke around during Back on the Beat in the unlocked safe rooms, or dig through settler corpses you find littered across Appalachia.

Which Junk Produces Lead in Fallout 76?

It’s seriously easy to find the right junk to produce Lead in Fallout 76. To do this weekly challenge quickly, head to Flatwoods and go to the motel, the Eastern Regional Penitentiary in the yard, or the Charleston Fire Department’s gym in the locker room. These locations are bursting with weights and dumbbells that scrap directly into Lead for you to use.

That’s this week’s circulation of challenges in Fallout 76. Let us know in the comments if you’ve got a foolproof way to beat any of these weekly challenges on the Insider Gaming Discord server.
