EA Sports has announced the 12 new Icons being introduced to EA FC 26 in the Class of 26, including Roma hero Francesco Totti and former Barcelona midfield maestro Andres Iniesta.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, previously revealed as the cover star for the Ultimate Edition, is once again confirmed as an Icon, with the list full of familiar faces from recent years, with seven of the 12 only recently retiring.
All will be available in Ultimate Team, alongside offline modes like Career Mode, as some of the highest-rated players in the entire game.
12 New Icons in EA FC 26
The list includes the most fan-requested Icons, with a blend of legendary players from both the men’s and women’s games, and all are available immediately in FC Mobile.
Some of those featured will be among the 13 historic players that are used to inspire Archetypes in Clubs, each coming with a set of unique characteristics and a new customization experience. This includes Ibrahimovic (Target), Alex Morgan (Finisher), and Toni Kroos (Maestro).
