Following the huge leak of GTA 6, another huge gameplay leak has hit the internet, Diablo IV. The leaked footage had originally appeared on the /r/GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, with the original user suggesting that the leak appears to be from a recent family and friends playtest.
Two videos, totaling around 40 minutes of Diablo IV gameplay seemingly display some of the game’s features, including new combat mechanics.
It’s unclear how, or why the footage has leaked online. However, background audio suggests that the leak didn’t originate from the person playing it.
As with almost all home-based playtests, the footage contains identification text, which will undoubtedly be tracked by Blizzard.
Diablo IV is scheduled to release in 2023.
