The Indonesian ratings board has revealed that Diablo 4’s Lord of Hatred expansion is releasing for Nintendo Switch as well.
The IGRS, or Indonesia Game Rating System, suffered a massive security flaw recently, which led to several spoilers and other content being revealed. Most recently, the rating confirmed to players that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake will introduce new content. We have now received information about Diablo 4.
Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred Expansion Rated for Switch
Spotted on r/GamingLeaksAndRumours, a new listing on the IGRS website revealed that the Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred expansion has been rated for Switch, and players think it could be arriving for Switch 2. Diablo 4 hasn’t been released on the original Switch, so releasing it now on the previous console wouldn’t make sense. The plan could be to reveal Diablo 4 for Switch 2 and release the Lord of Hatred expansion alongside it, but that is yet to be officially confirmed.
The Lord of the Hatred Expansion is set to arrive on April 28, 2026, for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC; and now it seems like it could come for Switch 2 as well. There’s a lot of new content to explore, including the final battle against the Prime Evil Mephisto through a new campaign.
Two new classes to check out, Paladin and Warlock, across the fresh ancient region of Skovos. There are new features, activities, and updates, including an overhauled endgame, transmutation, and set bonuses. Additionally, Lord of Hatred also includes the expansion, Vessel of Hatred, so that players don’t miss out on anything.
In other news, users are lamenting the arrival of Overwatch on the Nintendo Switch 2, which has brought massive performance issues.
