I think this is a huge win for Delta Force. Considering it offers a campaign, a full multiplayer package, and extraction-shooter components, Team Jade could easily have charged for this—most shooters would.
Instead, Delta Force launches as a free-to-play title and has zero console price.
If you’re wondering how it intends to make money, it’s the same way it operated on Steam—microtransactions. Delta Force launched as a free title on Steam in 2024, and players have been happy to sink money into the FPS because of its quality.
This is a premium shooter, and there are other ways to help it out.
How Much is The Delta Force Pre-Order Deal?
You can pay $9.99 or £7.39 to secure yourself the Delta Force “Exclusive Pre-order Deal” on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S.
Just to reiterate, Delta Force is completely free to play.
If people are telling you otherwise, or you’re seeing something different online, it’s wrong. Delta Force’s official website even says so: “Get full access to everything with no hurdles—free modes, free Operators, free DLC.“
But if you want to score some bonus digital content for launch, you can do so with the pre-order bundle. It’s optional, and comes with the following:
- CAR-15 – Atlantis x1
- Delta Coin x750
- Intermediate Weapon EXP Token x5
- M249 – Immortal x1
- Premium Weapon EXP Token x2
- Vityaz – Aerospace x1
