Cyberpunk Edgerunners Brings New Cyberware, Skins and More to Apex Legends
Cyberware Mods
The Cyberpunk Edgerunners x Apex Legends collaboration introduces Cyberware Mods: Sandevistan and Blackwall Breach. The Sandevistan enables players to perform quick dashes in any direction while recharging their shields. Additionally, players can chain two dashes together to close gaps or escape dangerous situations. On the other hand, Blackwall Breach allows players to phase into the Net for repositioning. After that, they can unleash a disruptive EMP attack that not only cracks shields but also reveals enemy positions.
Players should be aware of the capacity for using Cyberware, which they will eventually reach. Once they hit their limit, they will go full Cyberpsycho, transforming into a high-speed melee monster. This power-up grants increased movement speed and devastating melee damage but comes at the cost of losing weapons, shields, abilities, and ordnance. Fortunately, Cyberpsychosis can be cured by finding Immunoblocker Syringes on the map.

Map Overhaul
The E-district will undergo changes due to the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners crossover with Apex Legends, which features the vibrant Night City. During this event, players can expect to see towering neon skyboxes, holographic koi floating in the sky, and glitched signage scattered throughout the map.
Cyberpunk Edgerunners x Apex Legends Skins
Coming to cosmetics, players will receive 8 legend skins in the new crossover: David Martinez for Sparrow, Lucy for Axle, Rebecca for Rampart, Royce for Gibraltar, Lizzy Wizzy for Ash, and Panam for Loba. There are 8 weapon skins for Wingman, Charge Rifle, Mastiff, L-STAR, P2020, RE-45, R-301, and Kraber.
All Patch Notes for Cyberpunk x Apex Legends
Here are some updates and fixes from our most recent patches:
- Changed Wildcard map rotations to 90 minutes, in response to community feedback
Dev note: We are making this change to align with community desires and may test variations in rotation timing in future, all in pursuit of finding what players enjoy most.
- We have reduced Bot Royale Evolved lobbies to contain only one player squad with broad teammate matchmaking bands
Dev note: Since Bot Royale evolved we’ve seen frustration around two prominent pain points: long queue times, and wide skill disparity between squads – both stemming from the 1-5 team lobby parameter. This change should allow players to get into matches much quicker and with less frustration towards your opponents. As such, Bot Royale Evolved should better align with its design intention of being a mode for learning, warmup, practice, and casual play.
- Resolved the issue causing stuttering when wiping a squad for players playing on the EA App. (The fix requires the latest version of the EA App)
- Unprompted Mirage voicelines have been stopped.
- Resolved an issue where some players lost control of the Legend upon landing from a dropship.
- Resolved issues resulting in FPS drops on specific CPUs, continuing to monitor and improve performance.
- Fixes for various crashes, improving overall stability.

- After recent mitigations to FPS drops, we are continuing to monitor performance as we work toward a permanent fix in an upcoming patch.
