Capcom Spotlight Will Show off Resident Evil 4, Exoprimal and More Next Week

Next week will see Capcom show off more details of upcoming games like Resident Evil 4 in the publisher’s Capcom Spotlight broadcast.

Due to take place on March 9th, the Capcom Spotlight last approximately 26 minutes and will be shown on the Capcom Twitch channel and YouTube channel at the following times:

  • Pre-show: 2:10pm PT / 5:10pm ET / 10:10pm GMT / 11:10pm CET
  • Main Show: 2:30pm PT / 5:30pm PT / 10:30pm GMT / 11:30pm CET

Capcom has promised that the broadcast will cover a broad selection of games, including Resident Evil 4, Exoprimal, Monster Hunter Rise, Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection, and Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective.

It’s not clear if the games listed include both the pre-show and main broadcast. If not, we could see some extra, smaller titles featured in the 20 minutes preceding the full Capcom Spotlight.

It’s an exciting time for fans of Capcom games. The Resident Evil 4 remake is just around the corner, releasing on March 24th. Exoprimal, one of the Japanese studio’s next flagship titles, has yet to have its release narrowed down beyond 2023. As such, next week’s Capcom Spotlight could be the time we see a precise date arrive.

The remake of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective was announced as part of a Nintendo Direct last month. It will update the 2011 DS release with high-definition visuals and is currently scheduled for mid-2023.

Outside of Capcom’s own games, it also looks likely that a Resident Evil collaboration is on its way to Fortnite, due to take place in Chapter Four – Season 2.

What would you like to see during the Capcom Spotlight?
