Call of Duty: Black Ops 7’s Beta has received an extension and will now end on October 9, 2025.
Activision is hosting an open beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, allowing players to test the game and provide feedback before its release on November 14, 2025. The developers have now decided to extend the testing period for some, allowing even more players to join the beta and provide more concrete feedback.
Black Ops 7 Beta Now Ends on October 9
Announced through a new post on X (formerly Twitter) by Treyarch, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta has a new end date, scheduled to conclude at 9:00 a.m. PT on Thursday, October 9. The developers have stated that 2XP + 2X Weapon XP has also been extended through the beta, allowing more players to reach level 30. This, in turn, will enable them to explore a broader range of weapons, gear, attachments, and Overclocks.
Moreover, the extended Black Ops 7 beta will feature the following multiplayer maps: Toshin (NEW), Blackheart, Cortex, Exposure, Imprint, and The Forge. Zombies mode will feature Vandorn Farm. In playlists, multiplayer will include Open Moshpit, Moshpit, Open Hardcore Moshpit, Search & Destroy (NEW), and Training Course. Zombies’ playlists will consist of Survival and Training Course.
Lastly, the following modes will be available in the extension: Team Deathmatch (Core + Hardcore), Domination (Core + Hardcore), Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed, Overload, and Search & Destroy. Interested readers can check out the full patch notes here.
