Black Ops 7 Will Have 18 Launch Maps, Including Two Huge ‘Skirmish’ Maps

During Call of Duty NEXT, the launch line-up of maps for Black Ops 7 was revealed, showcasing a diverse palette of environments that promise to take players around the world. The near-future title is proving to be divisive, but the consensus coming out of COD NEXT is that things are looking pretty good for this year’s Call of Duty game.

There will be a whopping 18 maps to sample when Black Ops 7 is released on November 14, including two larger-than-life environments that make up the Skirmish game mode, a new 20 v 20 setting.

All Black Ops 7 Launch Maps, Confirmed

The full list of maps coming to Black Ops 7 at launch was further explored in a blog post on the Call of Duty site. Here’s every map you’ll be able to enjoy (hopefully) when the game comes out next month:

  • Scar
  • Homestead
  • Blackheart
  • Den
  • Colossus
  • Toshin
  • Flagship
  • Mission: Tide (Skirmish)
  • Mission: Edge (Skirmish)
  • Retrieval
  • Paranoia
  • The Forge
  • Exposure
  • Cortex
  • Imprint
  • Raid
  • Express
  • Hijacked

We knew that the three remastered maps would be coming back from 2012’s Black Ops II – Raid, Express, and Hijacked. They’re fan-favorite maps that have proven to be timeless over the last 13 years, and players typically appreciate them surfacing in their various iterations.

Skirmish is a bigger game mode that accommodates up to 40 players and a wealth of AI enemies. It’s the mode that seeks to rival Battlefield, and it includes vehicles, multiple capture points, some destruction mechanics, and squad models. It’ll be available to play when Black Ops 7 comes out on November 14 and won’t be in the beta.

That being said, the sweep of Black Ops 7 beta maps was also revealed:

  • Blackheart
  • Cortex
  • Exposure
  • Forge
  • Imprint
  • Toshin

We already saw pro players and streamers exploring these maps during COD NEXT, but from this weekend, you’ll be able to get your hands on them directly as the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta goes live.
