The first gameplay images of Black Ops 6 have been revealed in new teasers that took place this weekend.
It was an event-filled Sunday Black Ops 6 this weekend as a new round of teasers for the game came courtesy of NoahJ456. During his live stream, Noah played a video from Activision, which played a new teaser for Black Ops 6, confirming the setting to be the Gulf War. As spotted by some eagle-eyed fans, the teaser also contained what appears to be our first glimpses of Black Ops 6 gameplay.
As reposted by ModernWarzone, you can see a very short snippet of two characters, one of which is sliding and shooting an enemy.
Admittingly, not much else can be gathered from the gameplay snippet, but soon after NoahJ played the video, the official Call of Duty YouTube channel scheduled a new live-action trailer for Black Ops 6. The latest teaser trailer is set to go live on May 28th.
It’s expected that the game will have its reveal trailer at this year’s Xbox Games Showcase on June 9, with a more in-depth deepdive on the game in its own special Black Ops 6 direct.
Over the weekend, Insider Gaming also verified claims that this year’s Call of Duty game, Black Ops 6, will be on past-generation consoles. As for if the game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch (as Call of Duty will now come to Nintendo platforms for 10 years as a part of the Activision / Microsoft deal), Insider Gaming understands that this will begin with the Nintendo Switch 2, which is presumably set to launch next year.
