A new Battlefield 6 datamine has revealed that there are two maps in the files that are larger than the ones we saw during the beta. Two new vehicles have also been spotted.
Battlefield 6 players mostly loved the beta; however, there was one complaint that the majority of the community had: “the maps were too small”. To address the players’ concerns, the developers confirmed that larger maps exist outside of the beta, and with the new datamine, we may know which ones these are.
Battlefield 6 Datamine Reveals Largest Map in the Game
According to a report by MP1ST, the new datamined information originates from the 1BF group, which is responsible for several BF6 and Battlefield 6 leaks and datamines. Their latest information reveals two maps, Mirak Valley and Eastwood, that the developers have planned for the full version. Mirak Valley is the seemingly largest map in Battlefield 6, it is located in Tajikistan, and will be available to play at launch.
The other Battlefield 6 map, called Eastwood, is reportedly scheduled to be released as post-launch content for Season 1. The map features new elements, including a golf course, a large villa, and various ruined houses. Moreover, this map comes with new BF6 vehicles that players can try out, including a golf cart and a boat. In the image embedded below, players can see the outlines for Mirak Valley and Eastwood, in comparison to the Siege of Cairo, and it is clear that the datamined Battlefield 6 maps are significantly larger.
There are four new BF6 large maps that players can look forward to, according to the report: Mirak Valley, Sobek City, Operation Firestorm, and Eastwood (post-launch). Nevertheless, players should take this information with a grain of salt, as it comes from a datamine and is subject to change before the final version of the game is released.
In other news, a new poll has revealed the community’s favourite map during the BF6 Open Beta. Additionally, new Battlefield 2042 content emerged immediately after the beta concluded.
