Battlefield 6’s 2026 roadmap has leaked, revealing the new maps, features, and more coming to the game across Seasons 3, 4, and 5.
There are still plenty of days to go before Battlefield 6 Season 3 arrives, as Season 2 will go on till May 12. Ahead of its launch, we have some idea of the maps and features that will be introduced in the game’s new seasonal update. Now, a leak reveals content for the next few seasons.
Battlefield 6 Will Get 2 Maps Each for the Next 2 Seasons, and 3 Maps in Season 5
The latest leak for Battlefield 6’s 2026 roadmap comes from onebattlefield’s X account (formerly Twitter). The leakers obtained information from the presentation before the embargo was lifted and have revealed all the new content planned for the next three seasons.
Starting with Battlefield 6 Season 3, players will seemingly receive 2 new maps: Railway to Golmud and Cairo Bazar. Season 4 will see the arrival of two more maps, Tsuru Reef and Wake Island. Lastly, Season 5 will bring three new maps; however, that information is classified. The new maps, modes, and content are currently being tested in Battlefield Labs.
Battlefield 6 Prioritizing Features Like Proximity Chat, Platoons, Server Browser, and More
Along with the maps, the Battlefield 6 roadmap for 2026 also revealed some upcoming features. BF Season 3 will see the arrival of BR Solos, BR Ranked Play & Leaderboard, new weapons, modes, and more. Season 4 will bring Naval Warfare, Custom Lobbies, Spectator Mode, new weapons, modes, and more. Season 5’s information is classified.
Apart from these, the features in the priority list include Proximity Chat, Platoons, Server Browser, and MP leaderboards. They have also planned quality-of-life improvements such as combat tuning, soldier visibility, matchmaking, and challenges & progression. The embargo on this information is expected to lift at 15:00 UTC+0 today.
