Baldur's Gate 3 PlayStation Plus

For those with a Mac who’ve been patiently waiting to play Baldur’s Gate 3, Larian Studios has some good news as Baldur’s Gate 3 support is coming next week.

The announcement was made via social media earlier this week.

“Thank you from the fiery infernal engine we keep in place of our heart,” the studio said. “We couldn’t have asked for a better response to Baldur’s Gate 3. Patch 3 is coming September 21 with full support for BG3 on Mac.”

There were no details about what the third patch for the game would include. That said, based on prior updates, the list could be expected to be lengthy.

As far as the future of Baldur’s Gate 3, the game is still expected to launch later this year for Xbox Series X|S. The decision to release this year on the Xbox was made after a compromise was made to remove split-screen co-op from the Series S version of the game.
