Assassin’s Creed Shadows Editions Revealed

Assassin’s Creed Shadows has officially been revealed through an energetic, mysterious, and jaw-dropping cinematic trailer that also confirmed the game will be released on November 15, 2024. It’s a dual-protagonist game set in the heart of Feudal Japan, with players getting the option to switch between a Shinobi (Ninja) and a Samurai.

Following the release of the trailer, all Assassin’s Creed Shadows editions were revealed.

Bang For Your Buck

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is one of the most highly anticipated games of the year. It’s set to be a monumental iteration of the legendary series, particularly as fans have been requesting an Assassin’s Creed title set in Japan for several years. While Assassin’s Creed Mirage scratched an itch last year, it has been almost four years since players sunk their teeth into an epic, large-scale AC title.

That’s where Assassin’s Creed Shadows comes in. Here are the editions that are available to pre-order now:

  • Standard Edition ($69.99): Base Game and Pre-Order Bonus (Thrown to the Dogs Quest)
  • Gold Edition ($109.99): Base Game, Thrown to the Dogs Quest, Season Pass, 3 Days Early Access
  • Ultimate Edition ($129.99): Base Game, Thrown to the Dogs Quest, Season Pass, 3 Days Early Access, and Ultimate Pack including gear and weapon sets, skill points, and photomode filters

It was confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Shadows will only be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, effectively making Assassin’s Creed Mirage the last AC title to be released on the last generation of home consoles.
