ARC Raiders is undergoing a closed test, and all the feedback points to it being one heck of an extraction shooter. It’s not without a few niggling flaws, but the majority of the previews being passed around online are extremely positive.
Earlier today, Embark Studios posted an infographic on social media revealing some key stats from the testing phases thus far. For instance, it was confirmed that 1.7 million hours of gameplay have been logged. It was also pointed out that in 4 million rounds, the game’s toughest boss has only been defeated 58 times.
Now That’s a Challenge
The post on social media confirmed that in 4 million rounds of ARC Raiders, The Queen has only been killed 58 times. That means that she has been defeated in just 0.0014% of all matches played thus far.
The team also revealed that The Queen has effortlessly slaughtered more than 17,000 raiders in clashes across the game.
In case you haven’t seen The Queen in ARC Raiders, here’s a video of one being taken down. She’s enormous, extremely lethal, and can leap clean across the map to take you out once she knows you’re there.
How to Kill The Queen in ARC Raiders
If you want to go on a journey of stress and struggle and attempt to kill The Queen in ARC Raiders, you’ll need to be very prepared.
From the few that have managed to defeat The Queen, the following advice has been handed down:
- Use the Anvil if you have one
- Have one player bait The Queen’s Scarab Gun while the others focus on hitting the boss’s brain
- Use Wolf Packs (MIRV Grenades) to defeat Rocketeer enemies that respawn as you fight
- Eliminate other players to avoid being third-partyed as you fight The Queen
- Try to host your boss battle in the barn
Ultimately, you’ll only be able to defeat The Queen with teamwork, a lot of ammunition, and a solid strategy. Perhaps you’ll be the 59th squad to wipe The Queen out and reap the rewards, who knows?
