Amazon has announced that 14 free games are being added to the Prime Gaming catalog in October.
Of the 14 games, two are available today (October 2) and the rest will be available over the next four weeks. Games coming this month include XCOM 2, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, and Halloween Stories: Horror Movie Collector’s Edition.
Like any games from the service, once you claim your copy, they are yours to keep. That means even if you decide to cancel your Amazon Prime subscription, you won’t lose access to games redeemed through platforms like GOG and Epic Games Store.
It’s worth mentioning, though, that to guarantee you can get these games, you’ll want to claim them sooner than later. Amazon often cycles out the games available, similar to what PlayStation does with it’s monthly free games.
