SAND: Raiders of Sophie is garnering a lot of attention online, as the game just recently entered early access, and it’s likely for one big reason: the Tramplers. These colossal, walking mechs are used to roam the vast deserts of the game, as you prowl the sands for loot.
It’s not all smooth stomping, though, as enemy players and Tramplers are out for the same gear, and you’ll need to extract with what you want to keep. If that sounds of interest, you’ll likely be wondering where you can buy the game, as it’s not as readily available as you might have hoped for.
With that in mind, here’s every platform SAND: Raiders of Sophie is playable on, including PlayStation, XBOX, PC and Nintendo Switch.
Can You Play SAND: Raiders Of Sophie On PS5?
As things stand, SAND: Raiders of Sophie is not playable on the PlayStation 5.
That might come as a surprise, as the game is marketed for the platform on its website—it even has its own store page! However, that’s likely because the game is currently in early access, and such titles rarely release on the PS5.

Instead, you’ll probably have to wait for the full game to be released, though there’s no telling when that could be. With suggestions it could remain in early access for over a year, SAND: Raiders of Sophie might not be playable on the PS5 until late 2027 at the earliest.
Can You Play SAND: Raiders Of Sophie On XBOX Series X|S?
It’s a similar story for XBOX fans, as SAND: Raiders of Sophie is not currently playable on either the XBOX Series X|S.
However, just like the PS5 version, the game is marketed for the platform, with another store page to boot. That suggests that, when the time comes for the game’s full release, it’ll be playable on modern XBOX hardware.
Until then, you can add the game to your wishlist, and there’s always the chance that early access comes to XBOX; it did with Palworld, after all. That said, this is pure speculation, so it’s best not to get your hopes up and just wait for the full release.
Can You Play SAND: Raiders Of Sophie On PC?
It’s time for the good news: SAND: Raiders of Sophie is fully playable on PC, with the game having launched in early access on Steam.
Plenty of smaller, indie titles find their way into early access these days, as it allows for reliable updates and community engagement with the game, and it’s no different with SAND: Raiders of Sophie.

Whilst the game is in early access, you can expect regular content updates, with new weapons, Trampler compartments, POIs and tons of mechanical upgrades. You can even get involved with the feedback yourself, thanks to regular surveys, forums, and a community Discord.
Can You Play SAND: Raiders Of Sophie On Nintendo Switch 2?
This answer might not surprise you, but no, you cannot play SAND: Raiders of Sophie on the Nintendo Switch 2.
Despite the Nintendo Switch 2 pushing the boundaries of what games can appear on the platform, it’s not enough to secure SAND: Raiders of Sophie.
The game might not be out just yet for PS5 and XBOX Series X|S, but it’s at least marketed for them—there’s no such inclusion for the Switch 2. So, unless you own a PC, you’ll be stuck watching the trailer for SAND: Raiders of Sophie instead; check it out below:
