The Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Split 2 Playoffs are moving into the next stage following the Group Stages.
The Winner’s and Loser’s Brackets are now set following two days of dramatic action during the opening rounds.
Now, the tournament kicks into full gear as tomorrow’s Bracket Stage will eliminate half of the 40 teams.
Here is what went down during the Group Stages of the ALGS Split 2 2026 Playoffs in Las Vegas.

The story of the tournament so far is the spectacular rise of DINOS, the 10th seeds from the Americas.
The orgless team dominated the Groups, ending the stage with a very impressive 181 points, 74 of which came during matches with Group D which was considered the most stacked.
For Fun Esports also caught the eye after winning the very first to matches of the event and then coming second in the third.
They qualified for the Winner’s Bracket with Tyler ‘Tyler’ Wood saying For Fun want to prove they belong at the top of ALGS.

The top 20 , ending with Gen.G Citadels, haved advanced to the Winner’s Bracket while the bottom 20 will have to battle through the Loser’s Bracket.
Winner’s Bracket is a major advantage, as these teams will have two chances to qualify for the Finals.
Meanwhile, Loser’s Bracket teams will have to place in the top 10 of two consecutive series to avoid elimination.
