Is Crimson Desert On Steam Deck?
The consensus is that Crimson Desert will be able to run on the Steam Deck, and if it does, it will probably only operate on the lower end of the spectrum where performance and graphical settings are concerned.
A lot of misinformation is being spread about the Steam Deck. Firstly, the Crimson Desert system requirements have come out, but they are only for PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Mac, and Xbox ROG ALLY.

Steam Deck specs are curiously absent. However, unless Steam specifically states it, many games can still be played on the Steam Deck, but game performance will vary wildly on a case-by-case basis.
Pairing up the Steam Deck’s capabilities and the official specs shows that the game and console ARE compatible. It’s not official, but you should be able to play Crimson Desert on the Steam Deck.
Will Crimson Desert Be Officially Steam Deck Verified?
It’s unclear if Crimson Desert will be Steam Deck certified.
