The tail end of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 introduced a countdown timer on the main menu screen because a new Story Moment is on the way.
A lot of new content is coming to the battle royale shooter, especially with Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 on the horizon. But before then, there’s a new Story Moment to look forward to.

When Does Countdown End In Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1? Event Start Time
The new Fortnite countdown timer ends at 12:30 PT on March 14, with the time being adjusted for different regions.
Epic Games teased as much on March 12 with a fun message on X saying: “first the sprite homeworld, and now Lethal Labs?! The Dark Voyager is on a tear across realities – tune in Saturday @ 3:30 PM ET for a new Story Moment.”
