Indie multiplayer games have been blowing up on Steam over the past few years, and one of the latest to take players by storm is Super Battle Golf. Unlike most golf titles, where you take turns, Super Battle Gold has you battle with up to seven friends all at the same time as you race to finish the hole first.
If that sounds like fun, you’re not alone, as the game has been booming in popularity on Steam. However, it’s left a lot of fans wondering whether Super Battle Golf is playable on consoles, and Insider Gaming has just the answers you might be looking for.
Can You Play Super Battle Golf On PlayStation 5?

Unfortunately, Super Battle Golf has not made the swing over to the PlayStation 5, as it’s not available on the latest Sony consoles.
It’s a shame, too, as PlayStation has long been home to some of the world’s most popular golf titles—one even recently featured as the headliner for PlayStation Plus! However, when it comes to the latest party game sensation, PS5 fans will have to miss this one out.

Interestingly, though, if you do wind up purchasing the game on Steam, Super Battle Golf offers full DualSense controller support. Who knows, maybe one day that support will extend to the console, too?
Can You Play Super Battle Golf On Xbox Series X|S?
The bad news carries over for Xbox fans, too: Super Battle Golf is not available on either of the Xbox consoles.
It’s not too surprising, but it’s still a shame for console fans out there. However, the controller support continues, as Xbox controllers are entirely usable when played on PC. It’s another bout of speculation, but is that a sign it’s coming to consoles in the future? Probably not, but it’s always nice to dream.
Can You Play Super Battle Golf On Nintendo Switch 2?

The game is entirely exclusive to Steam, meaning it’s another victory for PC fans out there. That being said, the game just looks like it’d be an excellent fit on the Nintendo Switch 2, so fingers crossed that it gets ported one day, and it’s the kind of game Nintendo fans would welcome with open arms.
Were you hoping to buy Super Battle Golf on another platform other than PC? On the other hand, if you’re looking for some buddies to play it with, why not check the official Insider Gaming Discord Server?
