As the annual DICE Summit in Las Vegas came to an end, the conference wrapped with the 29th Annual DICE Awards. Presented by the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences, this year’s awards were selected by over 30,000 industry professionals.
Sixty-five games were nominated across 23 categories. Two games—Ghost of Yotei and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33—lead the way with eight nominations each, with other games receiving multiple nominations.
The show aired at 11pm ET/8pm PT live from the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas
Of course, there can only be one winner for each category, including Game of the Year, Art Direction, Game Design, Character, and more.
Taking home five awards this year was Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, including Game of the Year. Ghost of Yotei left with three awards, while Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and Blue Prince each won two.
