The Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition Switch 2 release date was finally revealed during the Nintendo Direct, arriving on February 24, 2026.
It was already leaked that the upcoming Nintendo Partner Direct will feature release date announcements for Bethesda’s upcoming Switch 2 titles. The report provided us with the physical release date and the pre-order dates for Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Now we have the digital release dates as well.
Fallout 4 Releases for Switch 2 This Month
At the latest Nintendo Partner Direct, Bethesda confirmed that Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition for the Switch 2 will release later this month, and players can start pre-ordering the title from today. Bethesda also provided a release date for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which releases on May 12, 2026, and pre-orders will be available later today. Lastly, we also got a reveal for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, coming to the Switch 2 in 2026.
Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition features the post-nuclear journey from the base game, along with the 6 official expansions: Automatron, Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor, Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Nuka-World. Players also get access to 150 Creation Club items, varying from unique weapons, power armor sets, building packs, paint jobs, one-of-a-kind homes, and more.
