Nintendo Partner Direct Announced for Tomorrow

An announcement on the Nintendo Today app has confirmed a Partner Direct event for tomorrow, February 5, 2026.

For those unaware, there has been a rumour of a Nintendo Direct this week since the end of January 2026, and it was also revealed that it will be a Partner Direct event focusing on third-party titles. Nintendo has now confirmed these leaks with their own announcement for the games showcase.

Nintendo Partner Direct Scheduled for February 5

Before Nintendo’s official communication about tomorrow’s Partner Direct on social platforms, the information was confirmed on the Nintendo Today App in Brazil. As the announcement has now arrived, the official livestream can be found on YouTube and the Nintendo Direct App.

What to Expect from Nintendo Partner Direct

As though no games have been confirmed yet, players can expect the showcase to focus on third-party games. There are a lot of big games in the upcoming roster, including Resident Evil Requiem & other RE titles, Duskbloods, 007 First Light, and more that could be showcased at the event. Additionally, there’s also a chance that we might get some new announcements. However, these are just speculations; nothing has been officially confirmed.

In other news, major Japanese gaming companies, including Nintendo, Sony, and others, have recently seen their share prices drop. Additionally, Borderlands 4 Switch 2 development has been paused by Take-Two. What are your thoughts on Nintendo Partner Direct being announced tomorrow?
