In a shocking allegation uncovered in a recent publication of further ‘Epstein files’, former Rockstar North President and founder of Build a Rocket Boy, Leslie Benzies, has been accused of sexual assault. Further, it was then claimed that Sam Houser, the current President at Rockstar, was at least aware of the situation.
The claims come from Sarah Ransome, a recognized victim of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex-trafficking ring. In 2006, she was allegedly abused by the pair, and in recently revealed Epstein documents, she writes that ‘Leslie Benzie’ also sexually assaulted her while dating her.
Shocking Revelations at Rockstar North
The Justice Department recently published a 62-page document as part of the slow unravelling of the Epstein files. On page 38, Sarah Ransome, a confirmed victim of the Epstein debacle, dropped two hugely impactful names: Leslie Benzies and Sam Houser.
Leslie Benzies left Rockstar North in 2016 and subsequently founded Build a Rocket Boy, producing MindsEye, one of the worst-rated games ever made. It’s important to stress that the naming of Benzies and Houser in the document is from Ransome’s personal perspective and does not connect either to Epstein directly or to the crimes he and Maxwell committed.
Ransome’s allegations stated:
Leslie Benzie (seeming as if he invented the throwing of money at a “prostitute” on me, then sexually assaulted me afterwards…kids, that’s what drugs do, then used it in video games for entertainment for millions of people!!! That shit had to come from somewhere, why not the guy that helped invent GTA!!
Leslie also visited me in NY and knew what was happening and gave me the money to book my ticket to NY when I arrived on the 1st of September 2006 – check his bank records) Sam Houser, (You met me ample times when dating Leslie, and now the time has come about what you and your Rockstar North boys really get up to behind the scenes. I’m surprised there has yet to be a class action for you guys alone!!)
Ransome was in the midst of detailing a ‘witnesses list’ naming people who would potentially have supported her in her case against the FBI and the US Government. The staggering list included Benjamin Netanyahu, Oprah Winfrey, Melinda Gates, Joe Biden, Al Gore, Donald Trump, and many more.
Almost at the end of the list of simple names sat a lengthy breakdown of Ransome and Benzies’ alleged relationship, including the information quoted above, pulled verbatim from the document.
The email procured and published in the document was written in December 2023, and in the opening paragraphs, she explained what the document was for:
You are joining the long list of witnesses below that I will be 100% adding to MY PERSONAL WITNESS LIST seeming as I am still one of the LEAD PLAINTIFFS in the current claim filed against the FBI and US Government to which we are still awaiting a response!
The allegations rocked social media platforms, with many gamers coming forward to express their concerns about the revelations. At present, neither Sam Houser, Leslie Benzies, Build a Rocket Boy, nor Rockstar North has addressed the allegations, but it’s mere hours since the documents surfaced within social circles.
This could have wider implications for Rockstar North at a time when things are already tentative at the company following recent claims of union busting and crunch.

Yup it alleges Rockstar North are all sex freaks this is what I have heard all over Sony has allegations swept under the rug and lawsuits tied to those, Activision everyone seems to forget about and Ubisoft as well. It raises questions about Sam and Dan given this alleges they partake in this as well not just Lezlie and Rockstar staff which has been alleged before too. Michel Ancel creator of Rayman had allegations and retired, David Jaffe has allegations too I believe now using politics as a shield like they all do , and worse Take Two also owns Gearbox which houses that behavior and still keeps Randy Pitchford in charge. It’s not just woman victims either Activision victims were men as well.
Sam Houser knew……yikes watch GTA 6 get delayed again and add this too it not a good look. Also crazy Epstein was a gamer they banned him on Xbox Live in 2013. Curious will people boycott this? I mean it accuses Rockstar North staff too so makes it seem Sam does the same and Dan who was there too.
