In a recent social media post, the team at Embark Studios announced its intention to have the community drive the game’s development forward. The post unveiled an all-new survey designed to grill the player base on the state of the game’s maps and core environments, and it’s believed this is the first in a long line of such surveys.
This survey comes almost seven weeks after the electrifying extraction adventure made an immense splash on the global gaming market, launching to a staggering and overwhelmingly positive reception.
What Do You Think About The ARC Raiders Maps?
In a recent social media post, Embark Studios invited players to participate in an open survey, eager to learn about the core impressions people have about the slew of ARC Raiders maps available thus far. The core map set was expanded within just a couple of weeks with Stella Montis, a PvP-focused map that boasts an interior-exclusive design.
That’s in addition to the starter maps:
- Dam
- Spaceport
- Buried City
- The Blue Gate
The post read:
You’ve explored the world of ARC Raiders, and we want to know what you think of it!
We know that YOU, the player, are best placed to offer valuable feedback and suggestions on the game, so we’d like to kick off the conversation by asking for your thoughts and feelings on map design.
Please take our short feedback survey and let your voice guide the future of ARC Raiders.
This kind of feedback loop isn’t unheard of, even in the extraction space. Battlestate Games implemented a survey feature in Escape from Tarkov several months ago, issuing in-game rewards for players who gave their feedback on pre-determined topics.
ARC Raiders has, for the most part, phenomenal maps that offer a diverse array of experiences. From the half-submerged and arid Buried City to the enormous expanse of Spaceport, there’s a mixed bag of maps for users to explore, which promotes the concept that no two raids are ever the same.
