This Pokémon will always be found at the same place, at the same level, and does not share its spawn with any other Pokémon, so it will always be waiting to be encountered.
However, other Pokémon in Wild Zone 4 can spawn as Alpha Pokémon, as there is a fixed-rate chance for them to appear, like there is with Shiny variants. They are not guaranteed, however, and can require some luck to encounter.
