When is Fortnitemares 2025?
Fortnitemares 2025 is expected to kick off on Friday, October 10, though an exact release time has not been revealed by Epic Games.
Assets and details for the Fortnitemares event were uncovered by datamines following the October 2 update, meaning that there should not be any downtime ahead of the event’s kick-off.
The usual Fortnite release time for new content is 1 AM PT/4 AM ET/9 AM BST, and it’s expected that Fortnitemares 2025 will follow the same release schedule, though it’s still yet to be revealed.
What is Featured in Fortnitemares 2025?
Full details of Fortnitemares 2025 are yet to be revealed by Epic Games, though we already know some of the content that will be featured.
Doja Cat revealed her new skin in the game, the Mother of Thorns, and is set to be a defeatable boss on the map during the Fortnitemares event. Skins have also been shown for a butcher wearing a pig mask, who could also feature on the map, though it may just be an item available in the store.
A big part of the Fortnitemares event has already begun in Demon Rush, featuring KPop Demon Hunters, which launched with the October 2 update. In this mode, there is a defeatable Peely boss with a ghostly green glow and a visible selection, another skin likely to be available for purchase.
Datamines have also uncovered teasers for a long-awaited collab with Poppy’s Playtime, while a collab with Scooby Doo has long been touted and seems to be on the cards, with a Velma skin said to be on the way.
