Logitech G Unveils Lineup Of New Products For Gamers

Logitech G has announced a number of new gaming products during its Logitech G Play event on Wednesday afternoon. The new products range from gaming keyboards to mice to headsets to even sim racing setups.

It was all part of the aforementioned Logitech G Play event, the company’s third annual event.

Logitech G—New Product Lineup

RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase and RS Pedals

Logitech G RS50 Wheelbase

The RS50 Direct Drive Wheelbase features up to 8Nm of torque and utilizes Logitech’s Trueforce technology. It includes up to 2700 degrees of rotation, and is offered for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

The RS Pedals can handle up to 75kg of force and allow drivers to use adjust pedal movement and resistance via Logitech G Hub, the OLED screen on the Pro/RS50, or the Adapter Dial on the G29/G920/G923.

The RS50 Wheelbase will cost $349.99 for the PC version while the PlayStation version will set you back $449.99. The RS Pedals will retail for $159.99.

Logitech G McLaren Collection

Sticking with sim racing, the company also unveiled its new McLaren Collection. The McClaren Collection features:

  • A50 X Lightspeed Wireless Headset – $429.99
  • Playseat Formula Instinct – $599.99
  • RS Formula Wheel – $129.99

Pro X Superlight 2c

Logitech G Pro Superlight 2C

The Pro X Superlight 2c is a compact gaming mouse that weighs just 51g/1.80oz. Coming in at $159.99, this mouse features up to 44,000 DPI and over 888 IPS with 8 kHz report rate. Battery life is designed to last up to 95 hours of constant motion.

Pro X2 Superstrike

Retailing for $179.99, the Pro X2 Superstrike is a “groundbreaking breakthrough”, according to Logitech G. The mouse features a new, patent-pending, Superstrike technology that is aimed to “redefine the speed, precision, and feel of the click”.

“This new technology significantly improves click latency by permitting the player to reduce the travel distance required to send the click signal,” Logitech says. “Early testing has shown improvements of up to 30 ms, depending on how the key is pressed, leading G2’s midlaner, Caps, to compare the improvement to the experience of playing on LAN rather than on public servers.”

The Pro X2 Superstrike also features 10 selectable actuation steps, five buttons, on-board memory, 8 kHz report rate, up to 44,000 DPS, and 888 IPS.

G515 Rapid TKL Keyboard

Logitech G New Products - G515 Rapid TKL

The latest TKL (tenkeyless) low-pro file keyboard, the G515 Rapid TKL is an analog gaming keyboard “built for gamers who demand every millisecond of speed and precision.”

The G515 features multi-point actions for multiple commands per key as well as a fast 2.5mm travel distance. The keyboard is 22mm high and features custom actuation from 0.1mm to 2.5mm.

The keyboard can be used on PC and console, and will cost $169.99.

A20 X

Logitech G Astro A20 X

A new wireless headset, the Astro A 20 X will be available for $179.99. Features of the headset include the ability to quickly swap between two systems that are connected, 40mm Pro-G Audio Drivers, 48 kHz high-resolution microphone, 8-zones of RGB, 10-band EQ, and battery life ranging between 40 hours with RGB and 90 hours without RGB. The headset will be available in black or white.

G321

Logitech G G321 Headset

The last new product announced during Logitech G Play was the G321 headset. This is an entry level headset that retails for $59.99, and is designed to give players quality without breaking the bank. It features a 16 kHz microphone and up to 20 hours of battery life on a single charge. Like the A20 X, it will be available in black or white.
