How to Earn Battlefield 6 Early Access Twitch Drops

EA is giving players a chance to earn early access to Battlefield 6 through Twitch Drops. Here is everything you need to know about completing the simple process.

Similar to Call of Duty NEXT, EA invited hundreds of streamers to try out Battlefield 6 and showcase gameplay. During the event, participating streamers get to show off weapons, maps, vehicles, and a few of the nine maps coming at launch. Viewers also have an opportunity to earn early access ahead of the open beta.

Let’s jump right into everything you need to know.

How to Claim Battlefield 6 Beta Twitch Drops

You can earn Battlefield 6 Twitch drops by tuning in to the streamer’s showcase. The reward for watching a streamer for 60 minutes is entry to early access.

If you signed up for BF Labs, you are already in Early Access regardless of whether you got a playtest invite or not.

However, if you still need access, here is everything you need to do to be eligible to earn Battlefield 6 Twitch Drops Rewards.

  1. Tune in to any streamer participating in the event.
  2. Watch for 60 minutes.
  3. Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the Twitch dashboard.
  4. Select Drops & Rewards.
  5. After rewards are earned and claimed on Twitch, check your in-game mail for a redemption message.

It’s worth noting that you don’t need to type “drops” in chat. All you need to do is watch for 60 minutes and then claim the reward.

You can check your progress towards each Twitch Drops reward in the Drops Inventory page, which will also show you any rewards you can claim. For example, the drop-down menu on your profile displays the percentage of the 60 minutes you’ve completed.

When is Battlefield 6 Early Access?

Battlefield 6 Early Access starts on August 7 and ends on August 8. Redeeming the Twitch Drops gives you access to the first two days of the beta.

Following that, there is also an open beta period from August 9-10, and a final weekend of action from August 14-17. You only need to redeem Twitch Drops for the two early access days.
