Battlestate Games has adjusted the spawn rate for Reshala, the boss character found on Customs in Escape from Tarkov. He’ll now appear in every raid with a 100% spawn chance, making it the perfect time for anyone to go hunting to complete tasks related to the character.
This move marks the first 100% weekly spawn boss in a rotational plan kicked off by a community suggestion made some weeks ago. The team at Battlestate Games promised to make this a reality after the recent Labyrinth event wrapped up, and now it’s delivering on that promise.
Reshala, Every Day
Thanks to a suggestion made by the community several weeks ago, Battlestate Games has kickstarted a rotation of 100% spawn rates for bosses across Escape from Tarkov.
The first boss is Reshala, on Customs. On social media, the team published a post showing a Polaroid picture of the boss hanging on a string. In the corner of the image sat a barcode of sorts, accompanied by the word ‘Weekly’.
Fans are rejoicing because this landmark event is also inclusive of the PvE community. It was several months ago that Nikita Buyanov, the head of the studio at Battlestate Games, suggested that the player base is split 50-50 between PvE and PvP, but the former side of the platform is often left out of events.
In recent weeks, the PvE community was sent into a streak of despair when it was revealed that they’d need to wipe their progress to access all the content of the Tarkov 1.0 release, slated to drop later this year.
