Zoochosis features a total of 19 achievements, with 11 being locked, secret achievements that you must discover by playing through the first-person horror experiment. Alternatively, you can look at the list below, as we’ve unveiled all of the game’s achievements and unlock methods for you!

First patient | Heal a sick animal for the first time |
Food Ninja | Perfectly slice the food (0.00%) deviation |
“Can I pet that dawg?” | Pet an animal for the first time |
Employee of the month | Unlock all endings |
Honored guest | Visit all enclosures |
Horror fan | Open all the lockers in the hub |
Rescue the Animals | Clean run (Kill no one, save everyone) |
Detox | Recover from a parasite |
It will pass on its own | Die from a mutation |
Failed interview | Don’t sign the NDA |
Ladies’ man | Identify the female parasite |
Love is… | Inform the wife that the meat is human |
Family guy | Not to inform the wife that the meat is human |
Husband of the Year | Completely ignore the wife |
Fresh meat | Grind the first corpse |
Dr. Dolittle | Heal the monster |

Medical professional | Heal the animal before mutation (without collecting samples) |
You’ll unlock most of these in a single playthrough. Some, however, take multiple. For instance, you cannot complete all of the wife-related achievements without playing through the game a second time. The same goes for the various endings.
