Xbox Gaming for Amazon Fire TV Launches Today

Microsoft has announced that Xbox Gaming is now available on Amazon Fire Sticks through the Xbox TV App. A few weeks ago, Xbox announced that it would bring cloud gaming to select Fire Sticks in limited counties for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.

The service is live in 25 countries, and users with Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2023) and Fire TV Stick 4K (2023) can now download the app on their devices. Learn how to set up Xbox TV App on your Amazon Fire TV stick and fire up your games.

Setting Up Xbox Gaming on Amazon Fire TV

If you have an Amazon Fire TV, you can download the Xbox TV app from the store. Sign in with your Microsoft account and ensure you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Membership. Then, connect a wireless controller. You can use the Xbox Wireless Controller, Xbox Adaptive Controller, PlayStation DualSense, or DualShock 4 controller.

Games You Can Try First

Once you’re all set up, you’ll have access to a wide range of games through the Game Pass Ultimate membership. Whether you’re into action-packed adventures like Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, open-world exploration in Starfield, high-speed racing in Forza Horizon 5, or the post-apocalyptic thrill of Fallout 76 and Fallout 4, there’s something for everyone. Plus, free-to-play games like Fortnite are also on the menu.

The Xbox TV app on the Amazon Fire Stick provides an economical and convenient means to enjoy your preferred games. The stick’s compact size makes it an excellent choice for on-the-go gaming, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a display available. Furthermore, you can instantly start playing without downloading games onto the device.

In other news, Amazon is giving away 15 free games for Prime Day. Also, Activision Games are arriving on Xbox Game Pass next month. Are you going to try out Xbox Gaming on Amazon Fire TV? Let us know in the comments.
