On the PlayStation website, Where Winds Meet’s position as a PS5 console exclusive is confirmed, though it’s not clear whether the agreement is permanent or if the doors remain open for a move onto other platforms in the future.
Many other titles have begun life as PS5 console exclusives before making the move to other platforms, with a standout example being Black Myth: Wukong—which initially released on PS5 and PC in August 2024, then made a debut on Xbox Series X|S exactly a year later.
Is Where Winds Meet on Xbox Series X|S?
No, Where Winds Meet is not available on Xbox Series X|S at launch. Instead, PlayStation 5 is the only console on which the title can be played.
Where Winds Meet launches as a console exclusive on PlayStation 5, and, at this stage, it’s not clear whether a move to Xbox Series X|S is on the cards for the future.
